​Hyderabad: Singareni Collieries Executive Director (coal movement) N Srinivas congratulated the workers who received higher incentives at a meeting conducted at Singareni Bhavan here on Saturday.

While distributing pay-slips to the workers, Srinivas said that out of Rs 1,066.13 crore net profits of the company, as per the directives of Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao, Rs 245.21 crore was distributed as special incentive which was an all-time high of 23 per cent.

He said that CM was having a special regard towards the employees and praised Managing Director N Sridhar for his efforts in taking the company ahead.

General Manager (coordination) J Nagaiah opined that taking up many more welfare activities and payment of even higher incentives would be possible if the workers strive for meeting the production targets.

Assistant General Manager (Law) K Tirumala Rao, AGM (Finance) G Venkata Ramana, AGM (Personnel) T Prem Kumar, AGM (Purchase) G Narsinga Rao and staff of Singareni Bhavan participated in the programme.
