GHMC to lay paver block roads
The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) has decided to lay paver block roads at 45 locations across the city. The roads would be laid at a cost of Rs 1.4 crore and can sustain heavy rainfall without getting damaged.

GHMC commissioner B Rammohan said on Thursday that the Corporation officials had conducted a survey on frequently damaged roads in 45 different locations and that the experts had recommended paver blocks as an ideal solution as the water would not seep in and stagnate on paver blocks.
