Speaking at the workshop, GM (O&M) U K Dasgupta reiterated NTPC’s commitment for decreasing carbon footprint through adoption of latest technology, renovation and modernisation by mass tree plantation in and around the plant.
A team of experts from KPMG Consultancy, Bangalore spoke on the subject and highlighted the efforts required to reduce carbon footprint for an enriched environment.GM technical service, S R Bhavaraju and GM maintenance Y Srinivas along with NTPC officials attended the programme.
