​Hyderabad: Union Minister for Finance Arun Jaitley on Friday thanked Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao for extending support to the single tax regime through the GST Act which would come into force from 1 July in the country.
The Union Minister said the adoption of GST bill would not have been possible without the support of the State governments and all political parties in the country.
Jaitley requested Chandrashekar Rao to conduct awareness camps for MPs and MLAs before the enforcement of the act.
