Hyderabad: State government has expedited the process for the creation of Urban Development Authorities (UDA) in every major municipality to strengthen it.
As a first step, the government had decided to create Karimnagar, Nizamabad and Khammam Urban Development Authorities.
The Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao on Wednesday signed on the file to permit the formation of the new Urban Development Authorities.
