Three Kashmiri students arrested in Hyderabad

Three Kashmiri engineering students were arrested at Hyderabad in Telangana for allegedly not standing up when the Indian national anthem was played in a movie theatre.

According to the reports, three students from a private college had gone to a cinema hall to watch a movie but stand up when the Indian national anthem was played before the film’s screening.

The management at the theatre lodged a complaint in this regard with the police.

The three students, belong to Jammu and Kashmir and based on the complaint, they were taken into custody.
