Hyderabad: The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) Commissioner T Chiranjeevulu has warned officials of stringent action if they fail to clear ‘Layout Regularisation Scheme (LRS) applications before September 27.
At a review meeting at HMDA office here on Saturday, Chiranjeevulu said he had sacked a retired deputy tahsildar who was working as outsourcing employees.
He had also sent back a security officer to the place of his origin for dereliction of duty. He made it clear that he would not tolerate negligence on the part of the officials.
He also said the HMDA was getting bad name and directed the officials to address the problems being faced by the people.
