Kothagudem: District Collector Rajiv Gandhi Hanumanthu has released a monthly magazine for physically challenged people - ‘Divyanga Vahini’ here on Monday. Speaking on the occasion, he said everyone should do their duty with self-confidence and appreciated Satish, the district president of Physically Challenged People Association, for taking out the magazine. He said the book will be very useful for physically disabled persons.
