​Tandur: The pandals in the town are fully decked up for the Ganesh Chathurdi celebrations. The pandal at Vinayak Chowk was decorated like a temple. The pandal at Tulasinagar also made beautiful. The pandals at Gunj and Marwadi Bazar are attracting the onlookers. Local markets were overcrowded with venders and buyers. There was a big demand for clay idols. Former municipal chairperson Vijayalakshmi distributed clay idols for free of cost in 28 wards.
