Startup van to promote entrepreneurship in engineering colleges
As part of entrepreneurial initiative, a startup VAN is designated to travel to 12 districts in Telangana and visit two engineering colleges in each district
Banjara Hills: As part of entrepreneurial initiative, a startup VAN is designated to travel to 12 districts in Telangana and visit two engineering colleges in each district. This Startup Yatra initiated from Muffakham Jah College of Engineering and Technology (MJCET) as the first van stop in Telangana. The students of the college participated in the startup promotion drive in which they were shown videos pertaining to the activities being done by Telangana Government to encourage entrepreneurship.
Students of the college also registered for the bootcamp in which they have to pitch their innovative technology ideas and best ideas will move ahead for the final round on October 5. MJCET Secretary, Zafar Javeed directed to start an incubation center and a committee has been constituted to coordinate with Telangana State Innovation Cell in this direction.
