Sangareddy: Collector M Hanumantha Rao on Friday called upon to self-help group members to extend united cooperation in preparing error-free voters list. Self-help group members, villagers, artists and officers took part in a rally at Ismailkhanpet as part of voter enrolment awareness programme. They also formed human chain. Collector administered them a pledge.
He said that if anybody had two votes in two different polling centres, they should inform the same to the concerned officials and lend their cooperation in removing extra one from the list. He also stressed the need for deleting dead nominees’ votes. DRDO Venkateswarlu, special officer Sujatha, DRDO AO Siddha Reddy, Sangareddy Tahsildar VijayKumar, MPDO JayaLakshmi and ZPTC member Manohar Goud were present.
