Mahbubnagar: Telangana Congress Working president Revanth Reddy while launching high election campaigning in Madanapally village of Bomraspet mandal under Kodangal constituency on Thursday asked farmers not to pay a single paisa to the banks, as the Congress party if comes to power will waive off all the loans of farmers upto Rs 2 lakhs in one go.

Unperturbed by the Income Tax raids at his properties across the State Revanth Reddy embarked on his campaign. Revanth Reddy was earlier given a warm welcome by the local Congress workers and villagers in Madanapally.

Later while speaking at a meeting, Revanth attacked the Patnam brothers, saying that both Patnam Mahender Reddy and Patnam Narender Reddy of TRS party are involved in corruption and are demanding 10 per cent on every work.

“The TRS party has not fulfilled its poll promises and even imposed early elections on people which are a huge loss for the exchequer. The TRS chief KCR fears defeat if he goes to polls as scheduled and to divert the people’s mind form the issues he has forced early elections,” said Revanth. He said the people of Kodangal will bury the Patanam brothers 100 meter deep pit and teach them a befitting lesson in the upcoming elections.

While giving promises to the farmers, Revanth said if Congress government comes to power he said it will waive off farm loans to a tune of Rs. 2 lakhs. He also said that old age people both male and female would get pensions in a family. He promised to fill 2 lakh jobs and would construct 5 lakh double bedroom houses to the eligible poor in the State.

Revanth while showering further sops to the self help groups said would provide loans to SHGs upto 10 lakh and would not charge interests on it. The Kodangal MLA alleged that in TRS government except the KCR family no one got employment and development fruits and lambasted at KCR for fooling the Dalits and unemployed youth.
