Hyderabad: On the occasion of World Heart Day-2018, Television Anchor Kishore Das launched ‘Make a promise to keep your heart healthy’, an awareness campaign organised by Citizens Specialty Hospital on Friday.
Dr Sudheer Koganti advised people to inculcate good habits to keep their heart healthy. Nutritive food, exercising regularly, keeping away from alcohol consumption and smoking, meditation and yoga keeps one healthy, he added.
