Quthbullapur: Two leaders of division 125 Chandragiri Nagar, Kavali Srinu and Santosh Yadav, along with their 200 followers, joined the Congress Party on Sunday in the presence of former MLA Kuna Srisailam Goud. They said they were switching loyalties for their ‘love and affection’ towards Goud and his ‘good qualities, besides his easy accessibility’.
Addressing them, the Congress leader assured that he would stand by them, while urging the newcomers to back him in the ensuing elections. Among those present on the occasion were Narsimha Yadav, Manish, Rafi, Ravi, Shankar Yadav, Ramu, Wajid, Mahesh and Walden.
