Karimnagar: Reminding that Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao had allotted five acres and sanctioned Rs 5 crores for the construction of community building for Munnuru Kapu community, TRS candidate and former MLA Gangula Kamalakar assured that more will be done if Munnuru Kapu people vote for TRS in the coming elections.

He was the chief guest at the Ashirwada Sabha organised by the members of Munnuru Kapu community at a private function hall in Karimnagar on Monday. Speaking on the occasion, Kamalakar said that the TRS is committed for the development of Munnuru Kapu community by getting it a proper recognition in the State.

The TRS government led by Chief Minister KCR had introduced several welfare schemes for various sections of the people across the State is maintaining social justice, he added.

Stating that he was always available to people and tried to solve their problems, the former MLA assured to continue the same work if people vote for him and bless him for the second time.

Munnuru Kapu community leaders lauded the efforts of former MLA G Kamalakar for taking initiation for the development of the city and the CM KCR for introducing many welfare schemes for all sections of people.

Munnuru Kapu community members B Venkanna, B Radha Krishna, Ch Hari Shankar, N Ravinder, M Maruthi and Ranjith Kumar were present along with MPTCs and TRS division leaders.
