Chevella: Treasure hunters escaped after seeing the police at Tulasi water plant near Old Dargah in the town during the intervening night of Monday-Tuesday. Locals said that they complained to the police after hearing loud sounds like digging and chanting mantras. They were panicked by seeing lemons, betel leaves and vermillion at the spot.
