Palair: Congress candidate from Palair seat Kandala Upendar Reddy has intensified his poll campaign in the constituency as there are only few days are left for the Assembly elections.
Upendar Reddy has been visiting villages and mandals with his supporters and organizing meetings, bike rallies and padayatras so that he could reach as many as people possible in the short time.
Upendar Reddy is leading his poll campaign from dawn to dusk meeting every voter explaining him the failures of the TRS government and false promises made by Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao to deceive the people. At the same, he explains his plan for the development of the constituency and schemes that will be introduced when the Congress comes to power in the State.
He along with the party leaders of Mahakutami(Congress, TDP, TJS and CPI) is trying to connect with maximum number of voters in the constituency assuring them that the Mahakutami will fulfill all promises it has mentioned in the manifesto and will strive for all-round development of the constituency and the district.
On Friday, he launched his poll campaign in Dhanvaigudem, Karunagiri, Painampalli, Islavath thanda of Thirumalayapalem mandal and in Devuni thanda, Chintala thanda, Ravichettu thanda, Gangabanda thanda, Botimeeda thanda of Kusmanchi mandal of Palair constituency on Friday.
Speaking to the Hans India, K Upendar Reddy said that he is a local and had been solving the people’s problems because of being available to them round the clock in the constituency unlike TRS nominee and R&B Minister Tummala Nageswara Rao who visits the constituency like a visiting professor and does not bother about the problems of the people.
All the development works that the TRS party is boasting of have remained to papers only. It is because of Nagarjuna Sagar and Srishailam projects, which were constructed under the reign of Congress party, the farmers are able to cultivate crops but not due to TRS party, he added.
After coming to power, the Congress party will construct the houses for homeless people and also waive upto Rs 2 lakh farm loans, he said. Upendar Reddy expressed confidence about his victory and added that he romp home with bumper majority as the people are showing great response during his poll campaign. Wherever he goes, Upender Reddy said, the people are assuring him that they would cast their votes to him for registering a grand victory in the upcoming elections.
He promised the people that he would render his services to the people like an elder brother of the family along with solving various pending issues. Many leaders and party activists from various opposition parties joined the Congress party to strengthen the leadership and candidature of Congress nominee K Upendar Reddy.
