Ridiculing Khao Commission Rao comments, TRS chief K Chandrashekar Rao on Friday said that AICC president Rahul Gandhi was speaking like a joker and alleged that the Congress chief throughout his life had received commissions
Hyderabad: Ridiculing ‘Khao Commission Rao’ comments, TRS chief K Chandrashekar Rao on Friday said that AICC president Rahul Gandhi was speaking like a joker and alleged that the Congress chief throughout his life had received commissions.
KCR also targeted Prime Minister Narendra Modi and cautioned the voters against the two leaders stating that there were only two sides one Congress-TDP combine and other is TRS. “I don't know whether Rahul Gandhi has brains or not? He talks like a joker. He says TRS changed the designs of projects for pocketing commissions. These are all ‘faltu’ words. Come, let us go and check the projects named after Indira and Rajiv Sagar. Do you think we were given commissions to participate in Telangana agitation for 15 long years,” asked Rao adding Congress is known for taking commissions. He alleged that the Congress leaders were slaves to Delhi.
Chandrashekar Rao targeted Prime Minister Narendra Modi at all his public meetings on Friday. “Can a leader of the stature of Prime Minister talk lies? Narendra Modi says there is power problem in the State. I challenged him to have debate in Nizamabad but he did not respond. Mr Modi your party is in power in 19 states. In any of the states, is there any scheme like Rythu Bandhu and Rythu Beema?
People will not believe you if you speak lies. We are supplying power to Rajasthan today and it is not a lie," said Rao. The TRS president pointed out that he could also allege that Modi was involved in a corruption of Rs 30,000 crore but it does not proper on his part to expose it now. Chandrashekar Rao asked the voters to give return gift to him in the form of electing TRS candidates for making several towns as districts. “If KCR was not the chief minister, your town would never have become a district,” said Rao. He promised to make Mulug as a special tribal district. The chief minister also cautioned the people against Praja Front leaders asking them not to trust these 'Topi walahs'. “They are coming to you wearing topis, do not trust them otherwise they will take you for a ride,” said Rao.
The TRS chief said that he would salute Muslim brethren. “You supported Telangana agitation and with your prayers we achieved separate State. Central government gave Rs 4,000 crore for minorities in the country but Telangana government allocated and spent Rs 2,000 crore. We take all sections with us," claimed Rao.
Rao said, “The Prime Minister says he will not provide reservations to Muslims and STs. Why? Is this country your Jagir?" He said there should not be Congress and BJP in the country and there should be Federal Front government to achieve people's dreams. Stating that all the surveys predict victory of TRS, he said that the BJP will not get a single seat in the State.
Rao said that Singareni workers were given bonus only by TRS government. Bayyaram will be handed over to Singareni and the workers would take up mining. He informed that Adani group's Gautam Adani wanted coal from Singareni to be sold to his firm but he denied. The chief minister assured to bestow ownership rights to tribals on podu bhumi being used by the tribals. The programme would be inaugurated on January 26, he said.
