Mothey ( Suryapet): Former MLA and Congress candidate from Kodad Assembly constituency N Padmavathi stated that welfare of poor and progress of the state is possible through People’s Front only.

On Monday, she carried out her election campaign at Mothey and Namvaram, Raghavapuram, Sirikonda , Lal thanda and Hussanabad villages in the mandal.

Addressing the gatherings, she said that the TRS government did nothing for the welfare of the people of the State. She stated that she has a plan to fill all water bodies in Mothey mandal by Paler waters through lift irrigation schemes.

She assured to bring light in lives of distressed sections including famers, unemployed youth, women, poor and minorities after Congress comes to power in the State.

On request of farmers, Padmavathi drove a tractor at Sirikonda village and carried out door-to-door election campaign at Lal thanda in tribal attire. Padmavthi invited PACS chairman Mandadi Chenna Krishna Reddy and 200 party workers of various parties into party fold during the election campaign in Sirikonda village.

In this programme, party leaders K Santhosh Reddy, Linga Reddy, Veera Reddy, Mathru Naik, Rama Chary, G Srinivas, B Naryana, Chiranjeevi, Rangaiah, Veera Badram and villagers participated.
