355 cycles given to 8th class girl students
NTPCRamagundam under CSRCD NTPC Utkarsh Merit Scholarship of NTPC Foundation has distributed merit scholarship to 165 students 95 from Intermediate and 70 from SSC of 25 Government High Schools and 5 Junior Colleges with a total financial implication of Rs 495 lakh Each student received Rs 3000
Ramagundam: NTPC-Ramagundam under CSR-CD & NTPC Utkarsh Merit Scholarship of NTPC Foundation has distributed merit scholarship to 165 students (95 from Intermediate and 70 from SSC) of 25 Government High Schools and 5 Junior Colleges with a total financial implication of Rs 4.95 lakh. Each student received Rs 3000.
Further extending its helping hand by promoting education among girls students, NTPC-Ramagundam has distributed 355 bicycles to 8th class girl students of 22 nearby Government Schools with a financial implication of Rs 15 lakhs.
At a programme held at EDC on Monday, chief guest Ravindra, ED-Ramagundam presented the scholarship and bicycles and advised the students to make a niche in their respective fields by setting their goal and taking constant efforts to achieve the goal. NTPC will always come forward to realize their goal with different CSR activities, he added.
