Medchal: District Collector MV Reddy said the State government has been constructing government offices at one place for the convenience of people. He inspected construction of integrated collectorate at Anthaipalli in Shameerpet mandal on Monday.

The Collector informed that the collectorate was being built in 30 acres at a cost of Rs 47 crore. Reddy said the works were in final stages and would be completed by May.

He said construction of quarters for Collector, Joint Collector, DRO and other officials was going on. Reddy directed committee members (to inspect works) to set up all facilities in the quarters.

He directed R&B officials to set up mini meeting hall, video conference hall and bathrooms. Reddy directed officials concerned to take up plantation drive on the premises of the Collectorate. The collector urged the officials to set up stadiums for all sports.

MLC Janardan Reddy, Uppal MLA B Subash Reddy, ZP vice chairman Prabhakar Reddy, Keesara RDO Lachi Reddy, DRDO Koutilya, R&B EE Chander, MPDO Jyothi, Keesara Tahsildar Nagaraju and others were present.
