Gold medalist boxer calls on KTR

Hyderabad: Nikhat Zareen, who won gold medal in a boxing competition in Bulgaria, met Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) working president K T Rama Rao and Sports Minister V Srinivas Goud on Monday.
The young boxer met Rama Rao and the Sports Minister at Telangana Bhavan and showed the gold medal, which she had won in Bulgaria. Congratulating her for the victory, Rama Rao hoped that she would bring many more such medals in future. He also appreciated the parents who were supporting her in achieving her dreams.
He assured all help to the boxer in her future endeavours. Zareen thanked the TRS leader and Telangana government for providing help to her and said that she would strive for more such medals in future. Sports Authority of Telangana president A Venkateshwar Reddy, MLC Srinivas Reddy and others were also present.
