The Telugu Department of Osmania University is organising, in connection with its centenary celebrations, a twoday research scholars national conference on Telangana Saahityam Samaalochana, on February 27 at Room No 57, Arts College, OU
Tarnaka: The Telugu Department of Osmania University is organising, in connection with its centenary celebrations, a two-day research scholars’ national conference on ‘Telangana Saahityam –Samaalochana’, on February 27 at Room No 57, Arts College, OU. Head of the Telugu Department Surya Dhananjay said that Dr Nandini Siddha Reddy, Chairman, Telangana Sahitya Parishad, will attend as chief guest and S V Satyanarayana, Vice-Chancellor, OU as special guest. Eminent literary figures, professors and research scholars will take part in the event. This is the first time that a conference is being organised exclusively for research scholars.
Papers will be submitted by eminent persons on various issues like ‘Telangana Padya Kavithvam–Rythu Jeevana chitrna’, Telangana Udyama Kavithvam—Vastu Vaividhyam’, ‘Sama Samaaja Nirmanam lo Telangana Navya Kavithavam’, Telangana Saayudha poratalu – Prabhavam’, ‘ Eega Butchidasu Sankeerthanalu – Thaathvakatha, Daasaradhi cinema patalu – Vasthuvu, Kavithathmakath’, Viswa Vidyaalayallo Telangana Saahitya Parishodhanalu – Parichayam, Telangana Veedhi Natakam, etc., and discussions will be held.
