Visakhapatnam: The PCC chief Botsa Satyanarayana on Saturday condemned the allegations that YS Jagan received bail only after he signed a MoU with Congres. He questioned if anyone had seen that MoU? He spoke to the media on Saturday at Circuit guest house in Visakhapatnam. He said Chandrababu Naidu felt happy when Jagan was sent to jail and praised the CBI; but, when Jagan received bail, Botsa said, Chandrababu is alleging Congress party.

He targettted CM Kiran Kumar Reddy and said he is not among those, who boast of themselves that the state would not bifurcate till the time they are in power. He reiterated that he always wish for united Andhra Pradesh. He said due to the APNGOs agitation, the Samaikyandhra agitation took a new form. He condemned the allegation that the government had attempted to dilute the Samikyandhra agitation. He said congress party has a clear picture on bifurcation and said all Seemandhra congress leaders are committed for united AP, while the Telangana congress leaders want a bifurcation. This clarity has not been there in any other party than CPI (M), he added. Based on the polled votes in 2009, it is evident that 75% people accepted the bifurcation of the state, he added. But, as congress party took the decision on the bifurcation, there is an opposition against congress party in Seemandhra, he said.

He said the center will divide the state as per the constitutional norms and for that some time is needed. He opined to that Seemandhra people should be ready with their proposals to be submitted to GoM, in case if the state bifurcation is inevitable. He criticised Chandrbabu Naidu once again of not having clarity on any single issue.
