Tech courses, Computer Science to offer a special track to specialise in Cyber Security, Date Analytics, Machine Learning & Artificial Intelligence, Mechanical Engineering to offer specialisation in Embedded Systems and Advanced Telecommunications. Tech courses, Computer Science to offer a special track to specialise in Cyber Security, Date Analytics, Machine Learning & Artificial Intelligence, Mechanical Engineering to offer specialisation in Embedded Systems and Advanced Telecommunications. The session was addressed by B S Satyanarayana, Vice Chancellor, BML Munjal University on Friday at Golconda Hotel, Masab Tank.

The specialisations are aimed at making students ready for future technologies and the dynamic business and industrial environment. Students will have the option to choose the area of specialisation in the second semester.

Speaking on the occasion, B S Satyanarayana, said, “With a roadmap to develop world-class engineers, the objectives is to provide a strong foundation of the fundamental principles of engineering along multidisciplinary experiential learning and provision for specialisation in subjects like cyber security, date analytics, machine learning, IOT, automation, artificial intelligence, robotics, and advanced manufacturing.

The curriculum with an emphasis on close to 50 per cent experiential learning is to prepare our students for the future, making them industry-ready when they graduate from the university. The new specialisation presents engineering students with a wide array of options of employability to entrepreneurship.”

“We are giving outstanding academics, industry professionals, experienced researchers and the latest facilities to deliver a unique hands-on and multi-disciplinary learning experience. The emphasis is on learning by doing. The curriculum connects different areas of engineering; integrates engineering, mathematics and science with arts, humanities and entrepreneurship; and focuses on building a range of life skills essential for a successful career in the 21st century.

Our school of engineering and technology offers five undergraduate programs that include: B. Tech Civil Engineering, B. Tech Computer Science, B Tech Computer Science and Engineering, B. Tech Electronics and Communication Engineering and B. Tech Mechanical Engineering.”
