Kondal Reddy did not appear before the ACB though the notice period/deadline served to him ended today evening.On Wednesday, the ACB issued a notice to him in the cash-for-vote case under 160 CrPC, asking him to appear before the investigative agency before 5pm on Thursday.

But Kondal Reddy, who also works at the NTR Trust Bhavan, skipped the questioning today. It is learnt that the ACB is preparing to send a fresh notice to him. According to sources in the ACB, Lokesh's driver was in touch with Telangana TDP MLA Revanth Reddy's aides days before cash-for-vote scam broke.
