Addressing the budget session in the assembly, the chief minister said that they have prepared the budget taking suggestions from the experts. "The impact of economic recession on the country is uncertain. Several articles on the economic recession have already come and the industrialists such as Ratan Tata and Anand Mahindra are also concerned about it," added the chief minister.

All the sectors are facing the impact of the economic recession. Considering all these, the budget has been prepared, said Rao.

In the last five years, the government spent Rs 3,994 crores for the welfare of minority, said the chief minister explaining that the state has borrowed money and spent it on Mission Bhagiratha, Giddangula and Kaleshwaram project.

He further continued the state is following the developed countries and the developed countries like the US and Japan also have debts.
