Aksharabhyasam programme conducted in Kushaiguda

Kushaiguda: On the auspicious occasion of Vasant Panchami, mass 'Akshrabhyasam' programme, a ritual to initiate kids to literacy, was conducted here at Saraswathi Shishumandir High School on Thursday. Every year on this day, Aksharabhyasam programme is performed at all Sarswathi Shishumandir schools across the state.

As part of the programme, kids were initiated into literacy with religious fervor at the school. Headmaster of the school Sarikonda Katamaraju explained the significance of the 'Aksharabhyasam' ritual. Later, students of the school presented a dance performance. School committee members, teaching and non-teaching staff attended the programme.
