Arrangements for Rahul meet inspected
CLP leader Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka along with former Minister Geetha Reddy on Thursday inspected arrangements at a venue from where Congress president Rahul Gandhi will address the people on April 1. The meeting will be held on the back side of the Alfa Company.
Zaheerabad: CLP leader Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka along with former Minister Geetha Reddy on Thursday inspected arrangements at a venue from where Congress president Rahul Gandhi will address the people on April 1. The meeting will be held on the back side of the Alfa Company.
Bhatti said Rahul is a secularist and not like a few who have been trying to divide people on religion basis. He said Rahul would implement welfare schemes to benefit all sections if voted to power.
Earlier, Geetha Reddy appealed to party activists to ensure victory of Congress candidates in Lok Sabha elections. She called upon party workers to make the meeting a big success. Medak Lok Sabha candidate Anil Kumar, district Congress chief T Nirmala Jayaprakash Reddy, PC organising secretary G Basker, leaders Narottam, MD Majid, K Narsimhulu and others were present.
