Bhadrachalam: Bhadradri temple reopened post lunar eclipse

A priest conducting purification ritual on temple premises on Wednesaday early hours
Bhadrachalam: All temples in the district, including the Sri Sitaramachandra Swamy temple in Bhadrachalam, were reopened on Wednesday morning after the lunar eclipse.
After performing the purification rituals, the temple was reopened at 9 am allowing the devotees to have the darshan of the Lord. After the purification rituals, the priests conducted special pujas and Abhishekam to the idols in the main temple.
The celestial wedding was performed at Beda Mandapam where in a large number of couples witnessed and offered prayers.
Other temples in the district Yoganandha Laxmi Narasimha Swamy temple, Goddess Peddamma temple at Palvoncha, Lord Venkateswara Swamy temple at Enkur and Palvoncha and others were reopened and special pujas were conducted.
