The Congress leaders visited the secretariat on Monday and said that the buildings inside secretariat were perfect in quality.
Later speaking to media, CLP leader Bhatti Vikramarka claimed that construction of the secretariat is not the chief minister's private issue.
"All the buildings inside secretariat were perfect in quality," said Bhatti adding that he would not object the chief minister if the building belonged to KCR. He also questioned as to how will be the situation if every new chief minister builts new buildings in the state.
He also asked the chief minister to take the opinion of the MLAs before spending the public money.
Meanwhile, Congress leader Sridhar Babu also asked the chief minister to inspect the secretariat before taking the decision on new secretariat construction.
