Bodies of Disha accused to be preserved till Dec 13 as HC adjourns petition on Hyderabad encounter
The High Court on Monday directed the officials to preserve the bodies of the four accused till December 13 at Gandhi Hospital and adjourned the petition to Thursday.

The court said that the petition will be heard after the Supreme Court examines the petition on encounter on Wednesday. Further, the court asked the senior advocate Prakash Reddy to mediate the case and give suggestions as it is being enquired by the Supreme Court.
On the other hand, the High Court directed the officials to produce FIR copies, post-mortem clips and other documents before the court. The bodies of the accused were currently put at Mahbubnagar medical college.
A team of NHRC is also investigating the encounter and collecting the details from the revenue officials who conducted Panchnama at the encounter spot.
