After donating money to a welfare organisation to conduct the last rites of orphans, a cab driver committed suicide on the tracks between Begumpet and Nature Care Hospital railway stations and urged the organisation also to hold his funeral.
B Vijay (26), who is also an orphan was depressed over his loneliness and donated the money he had to Serve Needy voluntary organisation. However, before committing suicide, Vijay wrote a letter hoping that he would also be given a funeral in a similar way.
The police who retrieved the body on railway track recovered the letter from him. After the post-mortem, the police alerted the serve needy organisation which performed Vijay's funeral on Wednesday evening.
