Corporator husband held for harassment in Nizamabad

The husband of Armoor corporator Latha was arrested on Sunday on the charges of sexual harassment.
Srinivas, a close aide of Armoor MLA Jeevan Reddy is learned to have been harassing a minor girl for marriage for some time now. Fed up with the harassment, the girl lodged a complaint with the police.
Based on the complaint, the police registered a case under POCSO act. The police arrested Srinivas and sent him for remand.
