Dengue kills one more in Telangana

An eight-year-old boy succumbed to dengue fever here at Garla mandal of Mahabubabad district on Wednesday.
Ashwanth, a native of Mangali Thanda in Seethampet admitted to a hospital with high fever, but his condition deteriorated and was dead while undergoing treatment.
Dengue cases have been shot up in Telangana since August. The government is taking up steps to curb dengue and the hospitals were alerted to tackle the disease.
Last week, the TRS working president and minister KT Rama Rao has launched sanitation drive. He cleaned all the water stagnation points at his residence and urged the public to follow the same.
