District Collector Hanumantha Rao received the award form Union Minister Smrithi Irani in Delhi on Friday. DPO Venkateshwarlu, ICDS Project Director Mothi, DRDO Srinivas were also present. The district stood top among 149 projects proposed from 33 districts in the state.
