Hyderabad: Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) Chairman Prof T Papi Reddy appealed to the parents and students not to worry about the declaration of the TSEAMCET-2019 ranks.

Addressing the media along with the TSCHE Vice-Chairmen Prof Limbadri and Venkata Ramana and Secretary N Srinivasa Rao here on Friday, he said the ranks would be announced only after the Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education (TSBIE) announcing its final Intermediate results after completing the reverification and revaluation process.

Prof Papi Reddy said the marks obtained in the Intermediate examination has a weightage on the finalisation of the EAMCET ranks.

So, a decision to this effect has been taken not to finalise the ranks until the verification and revaluation process was completed, and the TSBIE announces its final Inter results, he added.

The EAMCET-2019 examinations will be held as scheduled from May 3 to 9.

However, if any candidate, who are to appear for examination on May 6, decides to cast vote in the first phase of polling of the MPTC and ZPTC elections, then such a candidate can send a mail to the TSEMACET-2019 convenor.
