Expedite SC/ST atrocity cases, demands Kulavivaksha Vyathireka Porata Samithi

Speaking on the occasion, state assistant secretary of the union R Mahipal said no arrests had been made in the case of attack on Pudur MPTC and attacks on women in Peddemul and Yalal mandals. SC/ST Atrocities Act was not invoked against the persons who attacked a dalit in Kodangal.
He demanded action against the officers who are reluctant to file cases against the accused under the SC/ST Act, or else, the KVPS would launch a massive agitation. District leaders G Manikyam, Ravi, Lakshman, K Prakash, Srinu, Vijay Naik, Narsimhulu, Bujjanna, Ramu were present.
