In a sordid incident, a man standing in a queue for urea collapsed at the spot and died here at Dubbaka of Siddipet district on Thursday morning.

Girmapuram Yellaiah (69), a native of Atchumayipalli was declared brought dead when shifted to a hospital. The farmers of the village demanded justice to his family from the government.

Meanwhile, Congress Legislative Party leader Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka expressed grief over the incident and said that the state is reeling under agriculture crisis.

"The government has not released the rythu bandu amount yet in the season," said Bhatti. Farmers are burdened in the state as the government has not waived off the loan yet.
