Final written test for selection of SIs today
Candidates who have cleared physical tests are eligible to appear in the written exam
Karimnagar: The final written test for selection of Stephandary Cadet trainee SIs will be held on Saturday and Sunday in the district, informed Police Commissioner V B Kamalasan Reddy here on Friday.
The candidates who have cleared the physical tests are eligible to appear in the tests for selection of SIs for Civil/ AR/TSSP/SCG/SARCPL.
It is to be noted that the Police Recruitment Board had released the notification for 18,428 posts in May last year including 17,516 constable and 1,272 SI posts.
In a statement released here, the CP said that 22 examination centres are identified in Karimnagar, Thimmapura and Susthulapur regions in various educational institutions.
The exams will be held as per the schedule. The exam for SI civil will be held on Saturday and Sunday and for SI (IT and communication), ASI (finger print) will be held on April 20 and 27, he added.
The exam will be held in two sessions on Sunday. The first session will begin at 10 am and end at 1 pm (Arithmetic and reasoning) and the second session will start at 2.30 pm and end at 5.30 pm (English). And on April 21, the exams for first session will be held from 10 am to 1 pm (General Studies) and second session will begin at 2.30 and end at 5.30 pm.
He appealed the candidates to attend the examination on time will hall ticket and a pass port size photo along with one original identity card. He also asked the candidates not to carry any electronic gadgets and mobile phones with them.
