Gadwal/Wanaparthy: District Collector K Shashank directed all the department officials to ensure all the complaints of Prajavaani are uploaded online on a regular basis. He stressed on the need for resolving the complaints of Prajavaani programme as the highest priority. "It is very important that the officials give priority to resolve the grievances of Prajavaani.

People come from faraway places with a hope that their issues will get resolved at Prajavaani. The officials must take it very seriously and resolve them immediately and at the same time upload the status of their grievances online," the Collector said.

The Collector directed the officials to get ready with all the necessary progress reports of their respective departments as the Agriculture Minister would conduct a department wise review and take stock of implementation of various welfare and development programmes in the district.

The District Collector received as many as 67 complaints from the public and assured them that their issues will be resolved very soon on Monday.

In Wanaparthy district, Superintended of Police Apoorva Rao, took part in the Prajavaani programme and received as many as 10 grievances from the public. While speaking on the occasion the SP said that they are trying to ensure that each and every complainant's grievance is resolved at the earliest.

"We are ensuring that each and every person who has lodged their grievance is resolved at the earliest. We have given clear instructions to the authorities to first give priority to Prajavaani complaints and ensure these applications are disposed of first and provide justice to the grieving people," the SP said.
