Hyderabad: Passengers of Indigo flight on Tuesday morning had a harrowing experience at Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (RGIA), Shamshabad as the flight (NO. 2513) was cancelled due to technical snag. The flight was supposed to depart around 7:45 am to New Delhi.
When the staff found the technical snag they shifted the aircraft to the bay and tried to rectify the problem but eventually they cancelled the flight.
The officials arranged an alternate flight and took the passengers at about 9:29 am from Shamshabad to their destination.
The passengers waited for more than one and half hour to take the alternate flight from Shamshabad.
