Government afraid of HC: Congress legal cell
Pradesh Congress Committee Legal Cell on Thursday alleged that the government is afraid of submitting report of the committee on Intermediate Results to the High Court.
Hyderabad: Pradesh Congress Committee Legal Cell on Thursday alleged that the government is afraid of submitting report of the committee on Intermediate Results to the High Court. Addressing the media, Legal Cell chairman C Damodar Reddy said that the High Court has taken a good decision by ordering the board to place the answer sheets on the website.
He alleged that the secretary of the Board of Intermediate Examinations was the reason behind the suicides of the students. He wanted to know as to how the results were released though it had been noticed that errors have taken place in announcement of the results.
He demanded that the government take action on Globarena for the mistakes it has committed. He said that it has become a habit for the BIE to commit mistakes. He said that even the hall tickets were not issued properly. He said that they would fight in the court to take action on the officials and the Globarena.
