The High Court has ruled a two-month jail punishment to Gajwel RDO Vijayender Reddy and Tehsildar Prabhu for neglecting his duties by not giving compensation to the displaced people of the Mallannasagar.
Hyderabad: The High Court has ruled a two-month jail punishment to Gajwel RDO Vijayender Reddy and Tehsildar Prabhu for neglecting his duties by not giving compensation to the displaced people of the Mallannasagar.
Along with the punishment, the Court has suspended them from their jobs. The Court has earlier ordered to compensate the displaced people of the Mallannasagar.
The displaced approached Court, as they did not get compensated by the government. The Court has rules after hearing the petition.
