Jagga Reddy refutes Harish's remarks against Congress
Congress MLA from Sangareddy constituency T Jagga Reddy on Friday criticised former Minister T Harish Rao for his remarks against the Congress and advised that Harish should first learn about what Congress did in the irrigation sector.
Hyderabad: Congress MLA from Sangareddy constituency T Jagga Reddy on Friday criticised former Minister T Harish Rao for his remarks against the Congress and advised that Harish should first learn about what Congress did in the irrigation sector.
In an informal chat with the media, reacting to the comments of Harish Rao that the Congress did not construct at least one irrigation project in the past 30 years, Jagga Reddy said the Congress has constructed several projects in the past three decades.
He said Devadula, Sriram Sagar, Flood Flow Canal, Nettempadu, Kalwakurthy and others were constructed by Congress governments.
He reminded that Harish Rao has grown up drinking water of Singur dam, which was constructed by the Congress. He said the TRS leader has been trying to appease his Chief Minister uncle.
