Jagtial: Law student bags eight gold medals

Jagtial: Kurmachalam Ananya of Lakshmipur village, daughter of a senior lawyer, has brought glory to the district by bagging eight gold medals in the LLB course in Hyderabad. She received the medals along with the degree from the Telangana High Court judge Priyadarshini at a programme held in Hyderabad.

The daughter of Venumadhav and Pushpalata, Ananya passed out from the Andhra Mahila Sabha college in 2020-23 affiliated to the Osmania University. She secured gold medals in family law, communication law, administrative law, law of jurisprudence, and for emerging as the best student in the first and second year of the course.
