Karimnagar: Following reliable information, the police seized explosives in a massive scale in a village on the outskirts of Choppadandi on Thursday. They arrested two persons involved in this.

Sub-Inspector B Vamsi Krishna and his staff went to Anjaiah's house and found out nine boxes of electronic detonators - each box containing 1,500 detonators and one box containing 1,000 detonators; 37 boxes of gelatin sticks - each box containing 200 sticks; 30 Ammonium bags, six D guard wire bundles; and 20 booster boxes - each box containing 7 boosters stored in a tractor container.

The police arrested Kulum Mudiraj and R Dharmaraj, residents of Choppadandi village. A case was filed against them and police are searching for main accused Anjaiah, who was on the run.
