Karimnagar: Officials told not to keep grievances in pending
The officials of various departments must not keep the works in pending related to the grievances received during Dial Your Collector programme, ordered Joint Collector GV Shyam Prasad Lal.
Karimnagar: The officials of various departments must not keep the works in pending related to the grievances received during Dial Your Collector programme, ordered Joint Collector GV Shyam Prasad Lal.
He conducted Dial Your Collector programme with the officials of various departments here at the Collector's conference hall on Monday.
Speaking on the occasion, JC Shyam Prasad Lal ordered the officials to attend Grievance Day without fail which will be conducted on every Monday.
He asked them to receive the calls themselves during dial your programme and to solve them as early as possible.
Joint Collector Shyam Prasad Lal along with other officials received phone calls from people and noted their grievances and provided solutions to some of them.
ZP CEO Venkat Madhava Rao, RDO Anand Kumar, Deputy Director of Adult Education Jayashankar, agriculture officer Sridhar, DTO Srinivas, marketing department DD Padmavathi and district welfare officer Sharada were present along with other officials.
