Khammam: The Khammam police launched an innovative programme to provide better services to people under the Commissionerate limits. Police Commissioner Tafseer Iqbal on Thursday launched 'Feedback on Victim's Complaint' through postal card at his office, where the complainants will get information about the status of their pleas lodged.

Addressing the media, the Police Commissioner said that due to lack of information, the petitioners are in dark about the progress of their complaints lodged in the respective police stations.

Keeping the victims' problems in mind, we have decided to send feedback on their complaints through postal card to their address.

He also informed that receptionists in police stations would send post cards to victims. He further instructed the police staff to be kind with the petitioners who visit police stations to lodge their complaints.
