Khammam: Transport Minister Puvvada Ajay Kumar has participated in various developmental works on Wednesday in Khammam district. He laid a foundation stone for construction of additional classrooms at Government High School and also for laying of CC roads, estimated to cost Rs 48 lakh, in 2nd, 4th and 50th divisions under the Khammam Municipal Corporation limits.

Speaking on the occasion, the Minister said, with more funds, the Khammam town would be developed as a model town in coming up days. He said Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao has the vision to develop the State in all aspects and in this regard, the government has been giving more funds for the development. District Collector RV Karnan, Khammam Mayor Papalal, corporators and others attended the programme.
